This policy applies to consultation services booked with Shouldersghnew. It operates alongside your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and, where applicable, the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
Your right to cancel
If you book online at a distance, you may have a 14-day right to cancel under UK consumer regulations, unless the service has begun with your express agreement before the cancellation period ends. Consultation services that are fully performed within the cancellation period with your prior consent are exempt from the standard cooling-off refund once completed.
Cancellation by you
Cancel or reschedule free of charge if you notify us at least 48 hours before your appointment. Cancellations within 48 hours may incur a charge of up to 50% of the session fee to cover reserved time.
Cancellation by us
If we cancel, you may choose a full refund or a new appointment at no extra cost.
Refunds
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 14 working days.
